Automated Feeder Head for Sorting Cards

This was truly a ground-up development process: our client came to us with nothing but the loosely defined need to dispense high-value trading cards into preselected bins at high speed, without marking or damaging the cards. 

Our team was given full design and development control, and through in-depth testing and numerous revisions, we developed a truly custom and highly dependable solution. We then stayed on for an extended period of testing and QC to ensure long term reliability and ease of service. 

We functioned as the client’s sole engineering force in a long term partnership, developing several other unique hardware solutions for them until they grew large enough to hire an internal team of their own.
